It was this picture.. taken by a friend at a birthday party.. of my husband and I... That really did it for me. I didn't like it at all!

95 days have passed...30 pounds have gone...

And thanks to MFP and all my new friends and some friends I already had but didn't know they were here!! I am feeling a bit better! I still have a ways to go.. But I just had the need to share how happy I am with this site/app. Thanks everyone!

    There's nothing like looking back as a means to keep driving forward, you know? I have a picture like that of me 30 pounds overweight that I hold near and dear to my heart. It wasn't the weight that mattered so much as the lifestyle I was living (not a good one). I'm never going back THERE again. Congrats and keep it up. We're here with ya every step of the way!
