Tough to tell from that angle, but it looks like you're initiating the 2nd pull too early -- this is causing the bar to drift waaay too far from your body. I'm not seeing those hips pop either.
Your back angle should remain the same until you start the 2nd pull. Don't explode until you think it's too late -- then wait a bit longer. You should feel a strong stretch in your hamstrings when you initiate the pull.
A good exercise to make your first pull slow -- real slow. Pause when the bar gets to your knees, then explode up - scooping the bar inward as you do so (imagine you're shaving your legs with the bar). If the bar doesn't come into contact with your hip crease, it's too far from your body.
