Healthy Creamy Pesto Sauce

I've been topping my meals off with this pesto sauce and it adds a ton of flavor to boring meat and veggies. It also makes
meals more filling with the extra protein and healthy fat!

Particularly great over a big pile of spaghetti squash and chicken. Makes for a super filling & hearty meal! Also, masks other things that you may not like the taste of: broccoli, asparagus, greens, etc.

4oz Plain Non-Fat Greek Yogurt (you can use 2 or 3oz if you don't want a lot of sauce)
7g Extra Virgin Olive Oil (I'll use 6grams to 1tbl depending on how much other fat I'm eating at the meal)
handful of fresh basil leaves (I don't measure these)
Sprinkle of salt, pepper, garlic (and any other seasonings you like. I like Bragg's Organic Sprinkle)

* Put all in blender or magic bullet and blend away

7g olive oil = 62 calories, 7g fat
4oz Greek = 67 calories, 5g carbs, 12g protein, 5g sugar

Total = 129 calories, 5g carbs, 7g fat, 12g protein, 5g sugar

Warm up the sauce with your meal and mix it in! Delish!
