Hello Everybody!

Hi There, my name is Aimee and I started using my fitness pal this winter during a major life transition (a move). I was "on the wagon" so to speak for about a month and lost 3 lbs. Since then I have had some trouble getting back into the swing of things and have actually gained almost 10lbs above where I Started last time!

I need a little encouragement! I am facing a bit of financial challenges right now (can't really afford a gym pass for classes but have cardio equpitment in my apartment, also have to budget shop a lot and am getting bored of the food I have been eating)

I am needing some new recipes!!! (more beans and lentils, meats - less wheat!)

This week I am really going to just try to cut out sugar! I have never been a big sugar person but lately I have started eating cake and cookies!!! OMG
