For tennis i wear trainers, shorts and a vest top.
For the gym i'll wear lycra and a vest top, or a sports bra if i am in shape.
How about you guys?

Sports bra and shorts but I workout at home. When I went to the gym last with my friends I wore my yoga pants and a tank/sport bra thing( just a longer version ) and I got starred at alot and it made me feel uncomfortable. Not sure if it was cuz I looked good or being judged0

Bra, shorts, loose t-shirt, and definitely no thong. Learned that one the hard way.0
-
Athletic shorts, compression shorts underneath, loose fitting tee, and I just recently bought myself a skull cap and intended to use it to wick away sweat from my head. I feel it's better than a headband.0
-
LuluLemon running shorts, sports bra and tank top0

i don't need to be half naked to work out.0 -
Compression shorts are a must otherwise my thighs hurt from rubbing, often nothing more than that since I work out at home most of the time.
For the people commenting about staring...... People watching is just an awesome sport, and I will have to admit that a lady in Lycra shorts/pants on an elliptical or stair-master is going to attract attention from any guy behind them. Try to find a mirror and see who is watching you.
Take it as a compliment, if you are working out, they are gonna be impressed by you and the view :bigsmile:0 -
For bike riding, a skort usually, sometimes capris, workout top and sports bra.
For gym, workout pants, workout top, sometimes a t-shirt but that's very rare and a sports bra.
Moisture wick socks for both and Reebok sneakers.0 -
This is whats in my workout wardrobe:
3 Pairs of black yoga pants
1 pair of black capris
2 pairs of black exercise pants with a line going down the side
1 pair of dark gray spandex-y exercise pants
2 boy shorts
Shirts:
4 pair of tank tops
4 pair of assorted girl t-shirts in bright colors
4-5 t-shirts-only wore for gym time.
2 hoodies
3 sport bras
2 strapless bras for spaghetti strap tanks.
assorted socks
I throw an extra pair of sneakers in the trunk of my car just in case I forget my new ones.
That seems to cover my clothing needs going to the gym 6 days a week, twice on Monday and walking/house cleaning/aerobics on Sundays.0 -
Windbreaker pants a sports bra and a t shirt, I find these to be the most comfortable. And plus its getting really hot now where I live so this just makes the sweat roll off me more when I am at the gym and to me there's nothing better than coming out of the gym sweating!!! Just makes my day a little more brighter!!!0

Joggers and T-shirt (usual underwear) - I'm still too fat to get any nice looking shorts or, to be more accurate, I object to paying out a LOT of money for a pair of shorts I will rarely wear. I work out at home, doing HIIT with kettlebells, since this suits the space and time I have available.
When I feel ready, I'll either buy or make myself some shorts but not yet...0 -
This picture was taken the 2nd June, so I'm 8.5lbs lighter now. But nonetheless;

If I work out at home, I wear my compression shorts, my sports bra, and my abdominal sweat band.
If I'm going to the gym, I wear all of the aforementioned things plus a tanktop and my athletic shoes.0 -
Now that I have a body which resembles chiseled granite from the tops of Mount Olympus I chose to wear mankini bottoms and dark socks only!!0

Basketball shorts, jordans, back brace, and tee shirt0
