    Honestly the fastest way to lose weight or inches is a combination work out week of cardio and strength training. When I say strength training I don't mean 5lb weights like a lot of girls do. I mean push your self to higher weight each time and build some muscle you will not get huge so don't worry. The more muscle you have the more calories you burn at rest. Also for cardio I personally mix it up with interval training, running and mountain biking. I did 3 months of 2 strength days and3 cardio days a week and had great results. I only lost a few pounds but lost more inches at the waist. You will lose the weight in time just remember its not so much about just the weight but also the inches you want gone. Best of luck

    Lots of good stuff above!

    Cardio-wise, my favorite exercise is HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). I normally do it 2-3 times / week with more solid state cardio on the in-between days. I'm pretty hard-core when it comes to cardio, however. Weight training is a must!
