i ate about 1375 cals today, and burned a little over 400.. for a grand total net of 935 ish, so is that bad or good..

    what is your net calorie goal per day? and 935 is low

    This goes back to the 'should you eat your exercise calories' debate. Question - do you feel hungry? If yes, eat something. If no, don't sweat it.

    FTR, I'm netting 611 calories right now. I tend to net around 1250 on the average day so I'm not going to stuff myself right now just 'cause.

    This is most days for me. I just can't eat more than 1400-1500 calories per day anymore. If I try to eat back exercise cals I usually end up eating sweets because they are high in calories.

    So, why not eat some nuts, fuller fat dairy products, peanut butter, avocados, olive or coconut oil, etc., etc. instead? You don't have to eat junk to get the extra calories and nourishment your body needs.

    And, to answer the original poster. Going under for a day isn't bad, but you really do not want to make a habit of it.
