Week 6 Day 3 RESISTANCE!!!!

What's up everyone. To be honest, I really didn't want to workout today. But had I plenty of time to think and rest but I knew that I would throw off my whole routine if I missed this one. So.... I did Shoulders and Arms then Ab Ripper X. And I've gotta say that the feeling afterwards was priceless. I feel great.

I am currently on Week 6 of being active in a routine but I switched over to P90X. I am currently on Day 2 of the program. I just saw one of my buddies on myspace and his results were amazing!!! So it sold me on getting back into the P90X routine. I fell off last year during the Thanksgiving holiday. But I promised myself that I'll never half *kitten* the program again and get through it completely! Well manana is intervals. I plan to bring it up 2 levels and expect to burn more calories.
