Anyone else with raw fruit/veg allergies?

Care to share any recipes?

I can eat any fruits and veggies as long as they are cooked, but I'm pretty limited to those that I can eat raw.

Fruits that I can eat with no reaction are limited to plums, bananas, kiwi, pineapple, grapes and watermelon. Veggies are a bit easier and I can eat a lot of them raw, but there are still no-no's like carrots and celery. Those can put me in the hospital raw.

So, any good recipes? I don't care if it's something as simple as throwing some cherries in a pyrex dish with granola and coconut oil or something.... as long as it's quick, easy, and yummy!
