I saw the infomercial this morning and was wondering if you are doing this workout at home, how do you do pullups? Are you supposed to go out and purchase a pull-up bar?

Yes. They aren't actually as expensive as you might think. My husband shopped around and got a pretty good deal on his. He and several of his military buddies really like the program.

I just bought the dvds for my husband. I did one the other day. It is intense. I have been doing a healthy lifestyle for approximately 10 years, good exercise and eating healthy and it was intense for me. Take it slow in the beginning.
I can't think of any other way to do pull ups except with the bar that goes in the door way. There is a piece of exersize equipment. It is rather large and I would imagine expensive.
Hope this helps.0
