egg white powder to whisk up

I have just tried Dr Oetker dried egg white powder it does make really fluffy whisked egg, but I am looking for a bigger tub of powder as I use a lot of whisked egg white.

Quite a few of the protein powder websites sell powdered egg white. Is this the same sort of stuff, does it whisk up to stiff peaks?

I've always wondered this as well as it would save (i think) alot of money and time.

But then again I'd only use it for omelettes so I don't know if it would work....
