Hi, everyone. My name is Rachael and I started MFP (on my ipod touch) last week. I've been doing really well with the countdown and find it quite easy to use, though I haven't figured out the meals and recipe part (I need to read the Help info). I've tried sooooo many things in the past and I am enthusiastic for a while and lose interest within three weeks. I am small and even five pounds overweight is very noticeable. I can't get into half my clothes and I really want to lose a modest amount of weight but mainly just learn a different way of eating and coping with stress and boredom. I am middle aged and one's body really does change. Every woman in my family gets boxy as they age and I don't want to. Exercise? Minimal - I don't like it at all. But I've been doing yoga for a year and that feels great.
The other thing is that I was anorexic and bulimic as a young woman, and food addiction is food addiction, even though those behaviors ended for me years ago. Food has always been a problem for me.
So, I want to take advantage of the community here and get any tips from people that are available.

i've just come back on here after deleting my account a few months ago!
I know how you feel about exercise. I'd love it if there was a quick fix apart from surgery haha
I'm like you, i proper get into exercising then i stop! But i'm determined this time!0
