it is Saturday, Septemeber 5. I just heard the first haunted house commerical of the season.

It's the most wonderful time of the year .

    I'm so excited fall is almost here! It's my favorite season and Halloween is my favorite holiday. We put on a Haunted Woods every weekend throughout the entire month of October. Every year is bigger, better and freakier than the year before. We've been working on it since spring. It's going to be a scream!

    I love HALLOWEEN! I have a big party every year and what other holiday can you dress up and be something you're not, don't need to buy presents, don't need a significant other to enjoy and you get to eat candy in the name of the holiday!!! We need this holiday a few times a year!!!!!

    i cant wait im going to be good thought i will count the calories on every snicker baby ruth and big hunk i eat plus all the good hot chocolate and whipped cream it going to be so good and the candy company owns the other hafe would be smart to buy stock in the mars company and then sell before xmas comes

    Isn't anyone else mourning the loss of SUMMER? Then again, I live on the east coast of Canada where we have about 2.7 days of summer. :tongue:

    I live here in Atlanta and Im glad its getting cooler...It is so hot during summer sometimes it takes away your energy from working out:grumble:

    I love the fall. summer can get super hot here. I think the hottest it got this year was 105(?). I live outside of dallas. really inbetween dallas and fort worh. anywhos. I want fall. cause I can buy jeans this year!

    I was a little disappointed this thread wasn't about real haunted houses, but excited to be reminded that Halloween is right around the corner. This will be my first year in over a decade that I will get to go and enjoy Halloween and all its fun! I am excited!!

    Diddo on that, the summers here in Ga are brutal!! :grumble: I love Halloween!! I get to buy cute costumes and dress the kids up :bigsmile: Plus right around the corner from that is Christmas my favorite holiday!!

    I'm in midwestern Ontario and the summers seem to be getting shorter and shorter every year. I think we got one, maybe 2 days where we broke 30 (that's celsius...not sure what F would be hehe) So I feel your pain! We have two seasons around here, winter and spring :laugh: btw, winter lasts from oct-may....ugh, I am so moving to California when I'm done school :grumble: In the meantime I will try to enjoy the fall folliage and fresh apples until the snow comes :drinker:

    ME TOO! I'm such a sucker for the stuff! I live in Louisiana on the outskirts of New Orleans and I'm DYING to spend the night in one of the many documented haunted houses around here! I can't find anyone brave enough, though! :cry:

    Oh yes, we have an Apple Festival coming up in one of the small towns near me in the next few weeks!!!

    Fall, football, pumpkins, cool, crisp air, pretty leaves, apple cider, etc.....................
