I never forget this day it was April 01,2009.. I cant believe I was this huge now look over at my default boy Ive came along way ugh lol this pic....I was 213.8lbs :laugh: :laugh: I had let myself go :grumble:

    Actually I was 225lbs I had lost 12lbs prior to joining MFP so it was a little over 6 months maybe 8
