Lifting Heavy--6 weeks of difference with pix!

I have been maintaining my weight since April but I decided I still wasn't happy with my body. so I began doing the lifting program The Bidy Sculpting Bible for Women.

I've lost 2 inches off my waist, an inch and a half off my hips and am finally starting to get visible abs.

ladies--if these photos aren't reason enough to lift heavy Im not sure what is!

    Great job!! What is considered "heavy lifting"? I've always wondered, and don't lift enough to really know.
