Hey guys!!

Trying to lose weight or even staying in shape during university is so hard!! Around this time last year towards the end of my exams I was heavier than I ever was (220 pounds). I've always been a big girl but this time I wanted be a smaller size big girl :) so I decided to take myfitness pal seriously and to my surprise I lost 40 pounds during my summer holidays (had about 4 months off). I wasn't on a strict diet I pretty much ate what I wanted kept it to a minimum and exercise a lot more.

Now I have finished my final year of university... :):):) i've put on quite a lot of weight and losing motivation to lose the weight again
:( but I am still fighting to do so!

I'm looking to lose 50 pounds by november in time for my graduation!

It would be great if we can do a back to school challenge perhaps?

Starting weight - 190 pounds

Height - 5 ft 5

Goal by september - 160 pounds

Goal by November - 140 pounds
