Riding Lawn Mower, Strength Exercise?
OK This is a little tongue in cheek but I'm seriously considering adding the Riding Lawn Mower as a strength exercise. I just did 3 acres on pretty steep hills which mean's lots of holding the tractor, high effort turns and balancing the tractor to stop the wheels slipping etc.. That last one is tough on the abs going sideways having to maintain the foot pedal and balance.
My muscles ache as much as any work out I'd normally do. I wonder how much I should count it as
Anyone else got surprising alternatives to the traditional work out?
