Does anyone else naturally have a belly pooch?

Does anyone else have this?
Is there any way to get rid of it?
I've never had a child or any of that. No matter how much weight I lose it's still there.

I just want a perfectly flat stomach! My hip bones stick out but that little pooch is still there!
Does anyone know if it's possibly to just make it go away? ):

Stop starving yourself and your body will maintain muscle mass instead of cannibalizing it

If you don't eat enough your body has to get energy from somewhere.

But I do eat enough so I don't understand why I can't have a flat stomach

My stomach is flat but I still have flab I can pinch on the side of my stomach/upper back. The fat from my arms/legs really reduced when i started eating more protein.less carbs- but even at 110 lbs (only 5 2)- the fat on the core is the last to go for me. If you naturally gain weight there (apple) it will be the hardest to lose. I see women a lot heavier than me with more definition in their abs. (But my legs/butt look a lot more toned than theirs) I can't believe I just wrote that.
oh yeah- your eating habits aren't consistent. You have to eat 1200-1500 calories every day of good foods and forget the junk/sweetened yogurt.
    good luck!

I'm the lowest possible weight I can be without being anorexic.
    I do exercise A LOT.
I don't eat sweetened yogurt that often ( Occasionally. )

could it just be more psychological? Do people tell you that you look great?
Look in the mirror every morning and say," I am a child of God, I am loved and God has a purpose for my life."
    hope that helps:heart:

I have since I was little. I don't mind it.
  • I think all women have at least a bit of a belly pooch. We were created to carry babies, so we have a little added extra protection in the middle. Try pilates to widdle down your middle if you're feeling self conscious. But be realistic - are you the only one who can see your pooch?

Do more cardio... running especially! That has helped with mine :)

I always had one. Even before I had my son. Then it turned into a front butt. I'm starting to lift and it's helping a bit.
