loosing it . . .

Hello all,

I am 25 years old and weight 262 pounds at last check- 2 weeks ago. I will officially weight in as soon as I am home. I work as a nurse on a surgical unit with 12 hour shifts. I am working at becoming a better me and loosing the weight I picked over the last 2.5 years of work and the previous years of school. I have never been skinny. My weight has fluctuated up and down over the yearswith a steady trendof heading up. Now I am determined to be done with that trend and get toa weight that is healthy for me and one I can be healthy with. I amthink first I am going to get to 135 pounds and if I feel that is too skinny for me make adjustments after that. I would like to achieve this goal by christmas 2013. My first goal is 10 pounds by august 4 th and size 14 by october 21st. I own a fitbit which Iwill continue to use with this site and am following the six weeks to skinny jeans plan.
