Today I am going to (Fill in the Blank) to be healthier

I just got back from Vacation, and I was not logging during that time. I have had a lot of progress since I started on MFP a year ago. But I felt really icky when I got back from all the junk I ate. So I decided that today I am going start feeling better.

Today I will drink all my water, and stay under my calorie goal. I will also go grocery shopping and my ingredients to make healthy dinners this week for my family.

What healthy choices will you make today?

    I decided I would do a 2mile run, 45 minutes of toning, yoga, stretching and situps.

    I also did the food shopping and planned healthy meals for the week!
