Hi everyone,
I did my gym work this morning which was fairly intense but not over the top and I felt great through all the workout.
However when I checked my polar hrm after I discovered my max heart rate was 222!
I'm 38 so my normal max should be 182 so I'm quite a bit above that. Is this dangerous or ok now and again?
How do other people find how gym work affects their max hr?
