Looking for Summer Recipes...
I don't like to eat a lot of hot food during the summer (I also don't like cooking in a hot kitchen). Are there any recipe suggestions that are healthy and yummy during the summer months? I am up for anything for breakfast, lunch and dinner... I am just at a loss and getting tired of tuna salad :-) Thanks in advance!!

Lettuce salads of any kind are great. You can add tuna or chicken or turkey or ham to it to give protein. Use fruits and nuts in them as well. Eggs add protein too. Make the salad any way you want and try different ways. I like to experiment. :happy:0
