Hey everyone! I just wanted to update on my weight loss journey. This app is by far the best weight loss app ever. I was looking at my topic that I posted in February on me weighing 260. I was also 350 back in 2008 and now I'm 210 pounds and working on gaining muscle. I'm proud to say that I reached my goal and can now enjoy taking my shirt off haha. Seriously, If anyone needs any tips on what to eat and what exercise to do then feel free to add me! Take care!
