I am about to take on a 225 Mile Cardio Challenge for July in addiction to a 4 day per week weightlifting routine and I was wondering what should be my daily cardio intake.


My goal is to lose bodyfat and improve my fitness.

A heart-rate monitor could give you detailed info on how much you burn, and should eat back. If you want to add muscle, you would need to eat at maintenance, meaning eating all of what you burn.
