hi, i'm looking to reduce my bodyfat % but not sure what weight i should be aiming for?
current weight is 120lbs, 5"2.5, waist of 29cms & hips of 35cms.
after doing the bodyfat calculators online they tell me i have a bodyfat % of 25%. does this sound about right?
any help would be great, thanks for reading x

That sounds about right, and is already fairly healthy. If you are just aiming for further improvements in general fitness and appearance, I think 20% yields a really fit-looking body for most women, and anyway it's pretty hard for the average woman to go below 20% (lower would be more typical of an elite athlete). If you google image various body fat percentages, you'll see what they look like in action -- there will be some variation for a given percentage, because you can get to the same percentage either by losing fat or increasing muscle.0

If you're lazy (like me!) and want a calculator to do the work for you, here's one:http://www.fat2fitradio.com/tools/ibw/0
