Weekend Obstacles

I was reading back at some older posts for some ways to get over the weekend stumbles. After reading many of the ways some members deal with weekends, motivated me to work harder, plan and continue tracking my meals. I lose sight of tracking and working out on weekends, but I need to do this to WIN. I gained alot from those posts. Congratulation to all who have lost and feel the accomplishment. For those of us who feel in limbo, we can do this. Thanks for the motivation.
