Hi, my name is Tiffany. I started out at 200 pounds and am currently down to 185. I want to lose another 35 pounds to reach my goal weight of 150 pounds. I've been going to the gym for 2 months now. My family believes I'm being silly and I don't need to lose any weight. I strongly disagree with them. I come from a family where there are a lot of "larger" people, so they see me weight as average. I could use help to support me through out my journey. Let me know if you want to be friends! :)

    Hello! Feel free to add me! Just make sure you're being healthy about the amount of weight you want to lost. If you come from a bigger family, your comfortable base-weight could be higher than the BMI says it "should" be. It also depends on how tall you are. :-)
