I'm about to start p90x and I know its pretty intense. I have been a gainer, but am currently maintaining, But if I want to build a little muscle on p90x, should I go back to eating at a surplus?
On 2300 I was able to gain 1 lb a week
I am maintaining on 2000
So maybe 2100???
NOTE: I also eat back all my exercise calories....
What do you think? Would I need more?

Are you leval one or two off the nutrition plan for p90x? I would stay on the higher end of the ranges! Good luck I think I am going to mix some p90x lifting with running this next week!0

I'm not following their plan, I just know from my own experience that these are the levels I gain and maintain on...I'm just not sure if I need to add more or not.
Thanks though! :happy:0 -
