Need dinner idea for 500

I have close to 500 calories. Feeling really hungry, (thinking about food a lot now). But I want something that is really going to satisfy me.

Any ideas of 500 cal meals that just really makes your tummy happy?

    2 wraps with low carb tortillas, scrambled eggs, bacon bits, nonfat shredded cheese, diced red bell pepper, fresh spinach and hot sauce..

    If I make bolognaise from scratch (tsp olive oil, sauteed onion, lean mince, tomato puree and neapolitaine sauce, seasoned) cook half a cup whole wheat pasta, a cup or more of steamed veggies and a sprinkle of parmesan then my tummy is very happy because I've tricked it into thinking I'm eating a big bowl of spag bol, but I'm really eating mostly veggies.
