Ok I have lost 18 pounds so far with13 pounds to go..I want to tone up my back and legs..What can I do to target those areas..Since I am so close to my goal weight I figured I should start working on some trouble spots..Thanks in advance!:flowerforyou:

find a hill walk it .it uses natural muscels .do abs it also builds your back up0

:laugh: Oh she does a heck of a lot more..........but I tell ya, but she always incorporates those 2 in our workout. She tells me if I do nothing else on my days off..........do these two and bicycles for abs (elbow to opposite knee) it hits all the muscles!!
By BFF did the 100 push up challenge and completely changed her arms, chest, shoulders and back....not to mention core...with just push ups.
