I have struggled with yo-yo exercise / diets for several years. I love to exercise, but life seems to always get in the way.

I am making it my priority now to achieve and maintain my fitness and health goals.

I have been eating clean/healthy for about 3 months and only started exercising about 10 days ago.

I will be going in for gallbladder surgery on July 3 and I am hoping that I will not lose my motivation after the surgery.
