What 3 foods DON'T you eat anymore???

Sour cream, ( replaced it with greek yogurt) only 1/4th the calories!

I haven't given up anything up, I just eat these things very rarely:
ice cream
pizza
thai food or other take out...make my own food! :happy:
Oh yes ice cream is a major NO NO for me. It causes so many cravings and then everyday I want to eat ice cream. I used to be so addicted I would have a cone every night!!0 -
Fast food
Fried food
regular mayo (only use light and cut it to 1 teaspoon )0 -
I can't think of one thing I don't eat anymore or have given up for health reasons. Although there are some things that I just don't like anymore (like Sprite...waaay too sweet, I don't know how I ever used to drink that stuff). I try to find substitutions for everything and do a pretty good job, even if I do say so myself.
But if a substitute just won't do (and sometimes, it just won't), then I limit myself or even better yet, take it on my "free" day and limit myself.

Oops, almost forgot to add the 19 packets of sugar I USED to put into my x-large coffee everyday!!!! Now it's just 3 Sweet and Lows or Equals....0

2. prepared box/frozen foods like ramen noodles, hamburger helper or Banquet salisbury steaks/chicken parm.
3. Butter, margarine or mayo
OK - that's a lot more than 3 - but I put them on three lines!0
