Midway Point - 20 lbs in 3 Months

So, this is my first post on the board, though I've been checking out everyone's progress since I started as motivation. I started back in March, when I was diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome as a complication of a longer illness over a year earlier (I weighed 125 before I got sick) and the doctor's grand advice: lose weight and exercise. Since then, I've lost 20 lbs in three months. While, I don't have a true "before picture" in this bikini, here are my before and now pictures.

The Scale:
SW: 186.5
CW: 166.5
GW: 140-145

Measurements:
Chest: 43" > 39" (-4")
Waist: 36" > 32" (-4")
Belly Button: 41" > 37" (-4")
Hips: 44" > 41.5" (-2.5")
Thigh: 25" > 22.5" (-2.5")
Arm: 14.5" > 12.5" (-2")
