hey. I'm Ryan. I love MPF. My wife (Savachick015) and I did calorie journals on paper for several months last year and had great success. We lost motivation when my wife's job sent her out of town and was treating her to junk everyday. We gained back most of the weight. I started dieting and exercising about a month and 1/2 ago and dropped the first 10 lbs very quickly.( from 315 to 305). When my wife discovered this app I thought it was awesome. Our journals had been in paper before and took more time than they should have. I can't weight to get the weight all off.
