I've taken up wieghtlifting and am loving it!
I pushed alittle too hard initially and caused a minor slow down awhile ago.... but, I stuck with it, and let my body direct my workouts. I've healed and have come back better then ever!!
New Personal Best - Full Barbell Squat - No spotter - 6 reps - 145 lbs! That's 20 lbs more then my body wieght!
Now, considering that in March, when I did my first FBS, I was barely able to complete 1 rep with only the bar of 45 lbs.... I think this is awesome progression!
Anyone else have something to celebrate today? Personal Best at anything!
