hi, i just joined today and i'm really hoping this is going to give me the motivation to be healty, stick to my goal and loose the weight. I've tried many things to loose the weight and haven't found anything that i can really stick too. A friend recommended this to me and if it can work for them, then it could work for me.

I'm hoping to get the support and motivation here and really change how I look at food, and so my journey begins....

    You can do this! The key is to log everything, you're more likely to make better decisions when you see where your bad ones are leading you. If you are looking for support add me as a friend!
