In the tools you will find a BMI calculator
It will give you a healthy range for your height etc,

Best way is to go by body fat

    http://www.bmi-calculator.net/body-fat-calculator/body-fat-chart.php

you have 10-12 % body fat as essential fat. Assuming you are not a high level athlete aim for somewhere in the middle of the fitness range if you will be doing lots of fitness or middle of the acceptable range if not.

    100-120 pounds, i would guess.
i was 113 in high school, and i'm 5 feet tall.

there won't be an exact number, just a general guideline.

    there is no exact amount.
a muscular body builder weight more than a slim runner, but both are healthy.

I'm 5'2" and I weigh 52kgs. This pretty close to being underweight on a BMI calculator but I'm far from it. I am reasonably muscular and have a tonne of strength. Try not to focus on the actual number and focus on your body instead. My ticker sits at 0kgs lost that's because I haven't lost weight, I've lost body fat %!

    Good luck!

    Go here - http://www.fat2fitradio.com/tools/mbf/

    find out your current bodyfat

    then put it here

http://www.fat2fitradio.com/tools/ibw/ with your ideal bodyfat, and it will give you an idea.

I'm only 4ft 11, and I currently have a lean mass of 99lbs, so it would be impossible for me to get to 100lbs without losing some muscle along the way,

130lbs is more realistic for me, which would give me a bodyfat% of around 24%
