Hi everyone, I'm new!

My name is Cicilie, I'm from Norway, and this is my very first day using this website!! YAY! I've had it recommended to me pretty much everywhere, so I figured why not. I've been working out and trying to loose weight for what feels like years (OK, so it's been years), but with Uni and life in general I've never had all that much success so far.

But, now I've decided enough is enough. I'll be starting fresh from today, kicking it off with 30 day Shred for the month as well as my usual workouts.

Thing is, I am not in horrible shape, and I usually try work out 2-3 times a week, I just can't seem to drop the weight. And I seriously need to drop the weight, as I am pushing 200 pounds and it's not at all a place I want to be at. So, with tracking what I eat, and continuing to push myself hard, I am hoping this will be my year. I want to drop at least 50+ pounds, and with a goal of 1-2 pounds a week I know I'll have to fight for it.
