How do I get my nutrition info?

I am hoping that someone can help me out here.
I make a lot of my own recipes and would love to find something online that would let me enter my ingrediants and it figure out all the nutrients for me...you know, make the box for nutritional value.
Anyone know of anything like that?

They have a recipe calculator. And if you join (It's free) You can save the recipes too.
I just plug the info I get there into here, and save it for later use!0 -

While I'm updating my food log here I'm also tabbing over to google and searching for "food of choice nutritional facts" and it works wonders. I'll grab the actual item out of the fridge and read the label to check the accuracy of some of my more frequented sites that pop up on the search daily. One of my favorites is http://www.nutritiondata.com.
Some of them allow you to change the serving size and it adjusts the nutritional facts accordingly. I'll also go to my start menu and type "calc" in the run menu to simply add it up myself on the calculator. A lot of the preloaded nutritional facts on this site are wrong due to human error which is completely understandable. I'll always double check my math with a calc and ensure that my serving size is correct so that my food log is as up to date as possible. I hope this helps!0
