Hello All:

My name is Mary-L . I am 24 years old and I am here for support! I am going to lose atleast 16 pounds.. and guess what ??? All of you are going to help me..it has been months and zero..so with this board i plan on getting in the right track to weight loss..I have to lose 16 by december..( sis wedding ) and keep it off for life..

i have all intentions of looosing.
