I am new to this Site (been in the background looking around). I've been on for 2 weeks now and finally decided to introduce myself.
I am a working, retired US Air Force member who is working on his second retirement (the first one doesn't pay that much). I am 56 years old and had twin grand children on the way. I want to be around for a long time for them and any future grand kids. I weigh 230 lbs and would like to get to 160-170. I need all the help I can get. I have had 3 knee surgeries so exercise is a BIG struggle because of pain in the knees.
