Hi all!
Did anyone see Kristen Bell's '30 workouts in 30days' challenge on Twitter? I didn't join in with the challenge then as I was about to go on holiday (and I knew that I wouldn't be doing anything too healthy on holiday!), but I was thinking I would start up on my own now for 30days.
The rules would be to do something that raises your heart rate for at least 30 minutes, so even on those days when I feel like there's barely time to think, I'll (hopefully!) be motivated to at least walk from the train station to work (instead of getting the tram) and take a walk at lunchtime to get fresh air in order to get my active time up. Obviously, I'm hoping I can stop coming up with excuses and get some longer and harder workouts in
I'll be starting tomorrow, it would be great if there were others who fancied joining me and sharing their successes!
