More sweat?

Hiya... I've only been seriously focusing on my weight loss since January. Before that it was a month here or there that I would "try" to do some sort of plan. I've changed how I eat and started going to the gym.

I've noticed that since losing some weight (25 pounds so far) it seems I sweat "easier" and more. Is that just a change that happens normally? Or is it more likely that since I'm making progress I'm pushing my self harder and therefore sweating more?

Probably working harder, pushing harder, and your body adapting and getting more efficient at cooling itself down by sweating sooner and earlier and more.
  • I've ben wondering this too! I definitely sweat much more and much quicker than I used to.

My mum told me that fit people sweat sooner, and more. Not sure what this is based on or how true it is, but I like the idea! :)
