Lifestyle Changes

Hello All,

Here is the scoop on me. I am 26 and live in North Dakota. A year and a half ago I decided I could not stand how I was looking and feeling. I started at 176 and got down to 149. Then winter came around, and living in ND, working out fell to the wayside. Once I hit 160 again, I could not beleive it. I put my health on the back burner again. So I am back to working out 5 times a week and counting calories again. I feel better and can see the difference already, even though I have only lost 3 lbs so far. There is a 5K on August 4th, the day before my birthday, that I am planning on running. I was a runner all through high school, but its been quite a while since I ran the 3.1 mile trek. Hoping I can find support and motivation on this site. Hoping I can provide some motivation and support to anyone who would like some also.
