Soz if tmi but has anyone had weird periods whilst being on mfp?

Tomorrow will be the beginning of my 5th week and I came on on the 21 June, off on 23 June, I'm normally a 21 day cycle with a 3 day bleed like clockwork every month, but just been to loo n I'm on again just after 8 days of comin off grr lol, just wondering if anyone had a similar thing goin on or maybe I need to go n see my gp x

I recently had a period when I was still halfway through the pack of pills & it lasted for a few days. I have had it on and off before in the past & spoke to my doctor & the only thing he could put it down to is if you have increased your exercise which i have xxx

thinking about it i am doing more exercise so could be same as what happened to you, still gonna keep an eye on it, cheers hun x

Mine have been super wacky. It's normal! Hormonal changes as well as muscle overuse can cause it.
