47 y/o newbie from Kansas

47,married with 4 children and 5 grandbabies. I am diabetic and had a quintuple bypass 2 yrs ago. My highest weight ever was 297. I currently weigh 205 and am wanting to lose another 65 lbs. Looking to give and hopefully receive support.
