Hi all,
I've got a few MFP friends but time to widen the net!
I've been at this for a few months now, losing over 10 kilos in the process. My profile gives the info but summary: Do a lot of exercise, but fell into VERY bad eating habits, and put over a couple of stone over the course of my last football refereeing season. Now fixing that, and mixing up running with circuit training (CrossFit).
The photo on the left is my most recent; feel free to compare to my original one which was before I started this.

Hi.
I gymed and lifted weights for a long time, but knowing about diet's impact is relatively new to me too. I used to do karate in farnham as a kid, did judo for a year on and off as an adult too but work got in the way.
I'm not into any ball sports but I like the crossfit idea. I'm more about the community of following a workout and posting your achievements than the paying for extortionate classes though.
There's a team UK group if you search for it, but it's not as active as I'd like.0
