I was at the grocery store today and usually buy PB2 for my protein shakes but they did not have any. I ended up buying Biscoff Spread. It says it is a product of Belgium and distributed out of San Fran. For 1 tbsp. is 89 calories, 6 gm fat, carbs is 8 mg and protein is .5. So not as much protein as PB2, and a little more fat but less than peanut butter. I have to say this is pretty yummy. It taste like a biscotti cookie with a hint of peanut butter.

Biscoff is basically spreadable cookie. This is not a healthy food like peanut butter; it's a dessert.0
