I started the 30 DS today, and I gotta say I loved it. I was sweating pretty hard by the time I was finished! It's not a huge calorie burn though (I burned 254), so I'm thinking of combining it with my gym routine. Is that overkill? I'm hoping the program will help me in the tummy area (my least fav area). I love those punches and crunches :bigsmile:
