Body Revolution vs 30DS

Hello ladies and gents. I was curious as to how much more intense the workouts are for the JMBR versus the 30 day shred. I still have a LOT to lose but after almost completing the first phase of 30DS I am wondering about the Body Revolution workouts. Is this something someone with as much weight as I am carrying (~300lb) would have too much trouble with? I have no problem with 30DS workout 1 except for jumping jacks (bum knee) but I wasn't sure how much stress it would put on my knee if I tried Body Revolution.

Just curious if anyone else who was significantly overweight tried out the Body Revolution. I know I won't be doing p90x or Insanity any time soon, so this caught my eye!!

    I think you would be fine with the weight workouts. The cardio DVDs may be too much if you have problems with the jumps. You could just sub other cardio for those two days. The first month of workouts are probably not harder than the shred. They do get more difficult with each DVD. Search for the Body Revolution group on here. They may have more insight for you. :)

    Not sure about body revolution...I looked at amazon reviews, and the biggest concern with 30 ds seems to be potential knee issues...I'm hoping that by not being stupid in the exercise that I don't aggravate my knee...not really an answer, but that's the perspective I saw on amazon.....on the other hand....the positive reviews for 30 ds way outnumbered the negative comments
